Privacy notice

This notice explains what we do with the details you give us through this website. “We” means Aura Visuals, run by Umar in Preston, Lancashire.

What we collect

When you send the quote form, we receive your name, email address, the business or occasion, your phone number and date if you add them, what you need, and your message.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote and, if you book with us, arrange the shoot. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and on taking steps you’ve asked for before entering a contract.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is sent to our email inbox. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which carries the form and the email for us. We don’t sell your details or share them with anyone else for marketing.

How long we keep it

If you don’t book with us, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you do, we keep what we need for our records for as long as the law requires.

Cookies

This website doesn’t use cookies. It stores one small setting in your browser if you pause the videos, so they stay paused on your next visit.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Email hello@auravisuals.co.uk and we’ll help.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
